That's really odd Italy would have rules like that. When I went to Italy, I remember you could get gallons of wine on the street for 2 Euro. Fresh, hand-made pasta for 2 Euro per kilo too. Excellent cuisine and wines there.
The guys are all super sexy and fashionable too. I soooooo want to move there one day. There, or Australia, or Spain.
Man, I have never seen so many good looking guys concentrated in 1 spot. It boggles my mind.
