Okay, when I stopped eating meat briefly, here is what I would get on mine: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, (lots of them) tons of sweet and hot peppers, and olives. sweet onion teryaki or ranch. on honey wheat.
I also like to put the baked lays in the sandwich. tee hee.

Oh god, just contemplating this question got my eyes itchy and tearing up. Allergies, for me at least, are entirely different. Like folks above mentioned, allergies usually involve watering eyes, itchy mouth and nose, a general sense that you are covered with a rash. Fresh-cut grass, cats and dust set this off for me. And then I have to take a pill and run into a shower to try to rinse the remnants of the allergen off.
Maybe other people don't have this extreme reaction.
Sidenote: when I was a kid I thought that EVERYONE felt itchy after sitting down on grass. I just thought I was being a wimp about controlling my reaction to it, even when my legs were covered with rashes. It wasn't until I was 20 that someone told me that it was probably an allergy. I just took to always wearing pants and avoiding contact with grass as much as possible. Which is good cause I still think boys in shorts look sorta ridiculous.
Maybe other people don't have this extreme reaction.

allergies are like wet sand in underwear...very uncomfortable. fortunately, with the help of modern medicine, they invented claratin. of course, it is cold season, so make sure to take care of yourself. everyone in my house has colds right now...pretty poopy feeling.
