Milla Jovovich picks up an unlit cigarette with her left hand, grips a Bic lighter with her right, and levels an intense gaze at me. It takes me only a couple of seconds to volunteer Go for it, dont mind me. She smiles out of the corner of her mouth and says Thank you as she lights up, and I start to get the impression...

When you're watching G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra and the Cobra Command is tearing up the Eiffel Tower with its laser beams, you probably won't be thinking about the writing. It's an eye candy movie for sure, but somebody did write not only the catch phrases the heroic...

one month of summer! says who!!??? lol
Its JUST got nice in Canada. We've had constant rain and thunderstorms (which I love) but at last we have some summer heat. The only thing is the smog . It makes it so humid and it feel like stepping into the hot breath of Zeus when you leave your air conditioning. Ah well, better than snow

Hi there! Thank you very much for the friend request!
Although The Partridge Family may be first thing that comes to mind when you think of a family band, War Tapes just might change that preconception. While siblings Becca and Neil Popkin clearly prefer their "heart-quaking doom pop" to silly television cheese, there's something inescapably enduring about...

While siblings Becca and Neil Popkin clearly prefer their "heart-quaking doom pop" to silly television cheese, there's something inescapably enduring about this particular family affair. Their music might reference the atmospheric goth rock of the '80s, but for bassist...

I got to see War Tapes when VNV Nation came through PDX. I've got to say, I wasn't as impressed, but then I think it's because they didn't have the same sort of sound as the previous opening band or as VNV Nation. Now, sometimes that's a good thing, but these guys were completely different altogether. In addition, the setup took too long, and they looked uncomfortable in such a small venue.
Still, it was interesting to read and I wish them luck.

what really knocks me out about Milla Jovovich is that she says things like
Puerto Rico has a lot of really sharp cliffs, thats why its great strategically and defensively.
I am a huge Mil fan but that comment was a bit -- well I'll just laugh it off. I do not remember Puerto Rico being of much military recognition during the Mille Ages ;-)
She rules, I am stoked that another Resident Evil film is due soon!
