they were having a valentine's* special on tv** about chocolate.

boutiques are overpriced and crazy here, but this show was displaying random chocolate only shops for valentines.... a $110 for THREE small heart shaped truffles. small, I mean... like.. normal godiva sized bite-size chocolates. THREE. I like gifts, I like chocolate, but if my boyfriend got me chocolate that cost $110, my sensible Korean self...

Today I went and got a lot of Gyoza, Eric doesn't like seafood of any kind (it's mental, he says he dcan taste fish in things there is no fish in) and i had some ice cream and shu-cream. Then I took a lot of vitamins, drank a lot of water, and came online.

I have work tomorrow, which is ok - forcast says rain......

I know I'm a pushover.

I bought a parka from the Seibu department store in ??. It's therapy shopping. I really have to get my ass down to Harajuku to get things, including that pink cell phone screen cover for Coco and i wanted to go see if they have some shoes at the Victorian Maiden.

I think I'll get some donuts tomorrow... I need...

It's funny that you mentioned needing vegitables. You triggered the synapses in my brain to fire back an old memory. When I lived in Japan, my grandmother sent the family a care package. Inside were the slushy, moldy rotted remains of green peppers and other vegitables she sent. Still one of the funniest memories I have.

the strain is making me less tolerant and giving me a short fuse.

I need to go to Harajuku.

I went shopping in Shinjuku and Ikebukuro today after storiming out of tghe room angry and annoyed at Eric's constant lack of consideration for anything but himself.

He also ate all my chocolate without asking. This would be ok if I weren't paying for EVERYTHING and...

That sucks. Hope things get better or that you kick his skinny ass and teach him how to treat a good woman.

sigh, Eric vacuumed the room because I managed to drop a box of detergent (white powder explosion) in the entryway and then drop a bag of sugar in front of the stove during post-dinner clean up.

I do not vacuum. I will clean everything, I will do laundry, fold, wash dishes, take out the trash, clean out the fridge, organize anything, replace all trash bags,...

weird, I hate the sound of people doing the dishes. I don't mind doing them myselve but the sound of dishes being cleaned makes me feel tense like when I lived at home. surreal

sorry everyone, non stop work - the realization that when Eric is with his friends he thinks it's necessary to reaffirm his manliness by constantly putting me and anything that I like down to my face, and my allergy (oh no!) to red ink is keeping me busy.

I haven't had a donut yet.

I'm almost done with my new scarf, because it's fucking cold....

Boo for allergic reactions... just when we thought you were in the clear.

Mine is itching like mad as of late.

I was reading that Japanese mag "egg" today and it had a bunch of funny stuff about baking for the holiday. I thought of you.

Today I bought sheets, bathroom organizers, towels, and a bicycle. I paid rent, I paid deposit, I paid my "acceptance fee" and will have to send paperwork to my guarantor... I'm out a lot of money.

Jan-Feb and all other expenses are being covered by me - Eric will start paying 1/2 rent in March.. i think it's a good deal for him. Speaking of...

Radical! I am also a huge, huge fan of the similarly-themed Legend of Xanadu series, especially #2! PCE is a hell of a system, you've got Dracula X which is the best traditional Dracula game (I think Symphony of the Night probably wins out overall, tho), the Bonk series, Macross 2046, the best version of Snatcher, and only about 4 million other excellent shooters... Plus absolutely the best version of Bomberman ever, but I get all traditionalist when it comes to Bomberman.

Saturn holds a huge place in my heart as well! Panzer Dragoon Azel is a top 10 of all time RPG, definitely!

Hopefully, me and my lady will move to Tokyo in one year's time exactly - this is the big plan. How I will keep myself from buying videogames all the time so I can actually work - undecided...

it's 2am - I'm getting up at 6:30 to get ready to get on that plane....

Eric's mother verbally assaulted me at dinner, accusing me of being a fighter and if I said anything ripping at me. I couldn't be rude, but Eric and I left later and she called while we were out and bitched at him about me.

I told him I don't...

Ok, apparently my roommates are leaving at the end of Feb... and so just tried to tell me I have to pay rent for Feb because they can't find someone for one month.

UH?

I said um... I'm not paying for Feb, I'm not living here.

They said I didn't tell them I was leaving until the 10th - but I said to them I...
