good luck trying to find my fav vodka..it is hard! another good one is Blavod. it is actually black vodka but a lot of US suppliers stopped carrying it. i also highly recommend apple and chocolate flavored Van Gogh vodka as well. When i get back to FL i will have to take some pics of my fav vodka bottles so you can maybe recognize them(i keep them all!) also raptorsclaw is a good one to ask about vodka as he got me into trying all the different brands..he has probably had over 200 different kinds!

The Los Angeles magazine issue is current, October 2004. It's not exactly a comprehensive study of the high end jewelers currently having success during this wave of "bling culture", more like a personality test for a few of the most notorious names and snippets of gossip about the buying habits of the rich but not so famous.
Just came back from the Burke Williams Spa. Soaked in the hot tub and had the deluxe relaxation massage. The key is to be the first one there, and then you have the place to yourself! It feels as if it's your own private spa.
Now I have to run errends on my day off. So much for relaxing.

Good for you. I'm trying to loose weight myself. I won't say how much I weigh now, but my goal is to loose 27 lbs. Which ironically enough is my favorite number. Perhaps a sign of good stuff to come

I am such a dork. It took me a minute to realize you were talking about stage magic instead of Magick as in "the art of causing chage to occur in conformity with will". I was all thinking, like, "Uhm... Aliester Crowley is dead, but maybe we could conjure up Aiwas (sp?)
At any rate, I am primarily a fire performer. I am pretty good at it, but to be honest, I don't think it would be fair for me to call myself a magician. I joined the group because I am a juggler nerd/fire dancer and I click well with Magicians (and magickans) ;-)
I say anything goes. I don't currently spend a lot of time on SG because I have a slow connection, but I am getting a faster connection here in a few weeks or so, so I will be around more. :-)

I saw TAXI last night at a screening and laughed a lot more than Ithought I would. Ann Margaret is hysterical as Jimmy Fallon's mother who is a lush. It's worth going just for her scenes alone. Everything ties together nicely, and it's a fun movie!

I saw TAKE ME OUT at the Geffen last night. Great play. The author is brilliant and the cast was amazing. Lots of talent on that stage. Also lots of naked guys on the stage for all of you cheap thrills seekers.
