Just figured out what my next commission check is going to look like.

The commission structure seriously sucks.

I really liked the Chris Angel's MINDFREAK on A & E last night. Can't wait to see the new show next week.

Had an awesome time last night! During the intermission at Monday Night Magic, I spoke to one of the magician/producers who invited me to join the performers for dinner after the show!

I am so frigging upset! I read the TV GUIDE wrong, and Chris Angel was on Jimmy Kimmel LAST NIGHT! I missed it.

If anyone taped it--dunno why you woud've--but if you did, please let me know.

Once again, I am missing The Dears (and a whole bunch of other cool bands) play for FREE at Coney Island because I have to work. I hate that most of the cool happenings go on during the weekend. And with retail, you hardly ever get a weekend off. Once in a blue moon, you get a Sunday off, but the coolest stuff always happens...

Head games at work. I hate politics.

Still have this cold. Mostly in my ears and chest. A lot of people at work are still sick and are still working coughing all over the place.

Working the late shift tonight.

Cut out of work last night at a little after 6pm--I was beat.

Have the day off today. Some day off. I have to write the schedule for all of my employees for the month of August, write thank you cards to my clients, and transfer their names and addresses to my client book.

Hope to do something fun later.

Dragging my ass into work today (I have off tomorrow). I have the 1pm to 10pm shift. We'll see if I make it through the full shift. This cold/flu is kicking my butt.

Called in sick yesterday and today. Thought I'd catch hell from my boss, since all of the big mucky-mucks are visiting today, and expecting three presentations from me as well as a justification of my job since my position is unique to this store.

Well, it turns out my boss was also too sick to go to work today too! Guess she couldn't very well...

I'm sick. I feel as if I have gargled with razor blades. Going to take my temp.

Had a hellish day at work today. Four customer issues at once. Took the entire day to resolve three of the four issues. I didn't even get the chance to go before a customer to sell them a single thing. The entire day was all about putting out fires, and dealing with employee problems.

Have to go in in the afternoon for the late shift.

Didn't get to go to the movies. Felt ill and slept for three hours in the afternoon.

Then I ate some moldy rice before I realized it was moldy. One of those microwave rice packets--I'll never eat one of those again!
