Try about 5 to 10 grams of valerian...It will have you sleeping deep in no time flat...also, It wont leave you all groggy in the morning like sleep meds do. Just dont let the dogs get a hold of it because if they are anything like my cat they will get all hyper and run around the room even more than they do normally.

The picture is adorable. Very early morning just got up and I look perfect sort of photo. And of course Ant scooping out the peanuts makes me laugh. So does he get to hang around and watch your photo sessions?
You are taking pictures of your patry outfit, aren't you? Hope so, it sounds great. I'm certain there will be a lot of envious people there, both of you and Ant.
B-day pampering.....wow. This sounds really great. I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun with it. I used to make K's cakes from box and icing from can, and K never complained until she caught me using the canned icing. She then had to teach me how to make chocolate icing from scratch. Now I don't even bother because her Sis is such a better baker that she does all the cakes now. Only 4 more days to your big day!
Pizza AND fries? Wow, that is decadent. We went to our local diner and K had a fried oyster caeser salad and I had their grilled chicken nachos with homemade pico. Yum.
