My camera died. It was just a little Sony one, but man, I miss it. I used to take so many pictures with it. Heckler has a big ol' complicated one, but I have no idea how to use it. Siiiigh.

Thanks hon. I'm not dating anyone and have no real desire to date or even start anything seeing as I am only staying here to finish school and once that's done I am very determined to move as far away as possible. Gonna take that time to focus on finishing school, working a new job, saving and just preparing myself for the next step. smile I did this for 5 years at one point and I think I can handle it for a year.

Twenty Days Post-Surgery

Really? Almost three weeks? Crazy! I am still sat up in the bedroom on the top floor of the house. I have a nice big tv and a bathroom I can get in and out of.

Here I am on the eve of my hip surgery. I did all kinds of stuff at the hospital today - blood work, blood pressure, pee-in-a-cup and a LOT of question answering.

We ate food on the ferry, and again at IHOP (which is totally a luxury for us, because we don't have an International House of Awesome on the Island). I feel all bloaty...
