Nothing quite effs up ones circadian rhythms like having a seven hour nap at five thirty.
Every now and again I say to myself 'I think I should stop drinking coke' and then I give it a whirl and the crushing spinal pain reminds me that the status quo is just fine and dandy.

Yeah. I saw those.

I'd say that it's a good first step. I'm starting to head in that direction as well.
Guess what I'm not drinking right now?
Give up?
My beer.
Jeez Invincible, that's a pretty stupid answer
Let me clarify- I'm not drinking one of the delicious bottles of beer I bought for my standby supply, you know, that stash you keep in case you invite over friends, or you want to just unwind after a rough day, because I got home from houssitting...

I think that's exactly what Morbo would do.
Your roommate is a puny human, after all.

I've been thinking a lot about lust and love. About where they start, and where they meet, and how sometimes they fight. Which one wins out? Can animal passion beat out emotional connection? Can one grow out of the other? I find I can't put my thoughts on this down in any sort of coherent manner... perhaps it is becuase of how much of it...

Good questions. I don't know if one can grow out of the other, or if they can even comfortably co-exist...

I'm not sure if lust can grow out of love, but I think love can grow out of lust. I don't think I can explain why in any sort of manner right now, but it seems that way to me. I'll come back and try again later. Or just catch you on MSN.
She stands in the snow,
licks the corner of her ashen lips
lets the cold kiss her softly
Her rain coloured eyes trace the skyline
She is here but far away
Uncertain of the future...

Super bad day + starting to get The Ick = Blargh.
Well, now that I've done my little two word comaback speech, perhaps y'all are wondering what exactly I've been filling my time up with in my absence-
The quick answer: Not much.
The more verbose one: I've been working the new job, which I don't find particularly fulfilling, but the days tend to go by quick, so I'm thankful for small blessings. I've been hitting...

Well, the feeling horrible is continuing. If theres one kind of getting sick that I can't handle (other than being terminal) it's when the illness decides to take a fucking 'round the body tour. I can just picture the little viral motherfuckers havng a little chat while I'm sleeping and my lazy ass immune system seems to be on it goddamned coffee break:

radiofrank:
No.
Good Lord, do I really hate having a 2 week holdback on my pay at the new job. It means Ive gone the whole month without a cheque and will not see anything until the 31st. I got somewhere in the twenty dollar range to make it until then. This will be cutting things to the wire I think.

I agree with the above. Only they can word it much better than I

First, I'm going to let my inner physics student get some air:
Everthing is connected via the gravitational force, and although that attraction becomes negligible at great distances, it still influences movement on large scale objects (stars, galaxies, etc.)
The rest of me, however, sees it as Atlantis does. We meet people, we spend time with them, and they influence us in some way. Even as time passes, the influences remain.
