For me: if it's rainy, sleep in, then coffee, a walk in the woods to find some fiddleheads and wild leeks. If it's sunny, the same, without sleeping in, but with the addition of carrying a hammock and a book so I can stop somewhere near the river and read. And nap.
I drank too much bourbon last week. My lips didn't go numb, but when the alcohol was finally processed, my brain wasn't working well. Boo for that, but it was sort of fun overall.
