Derby Practice was epic tonight. we started doing some scrimmage play and i started to do some reffing. I was the jam ref and whipped around that track. I good fucking work out.

Tomorrow i must get my Growlers fill for tomorrow and the long weekend. Best Bitter i think... although I am enjoying this Maple Cream at the moment.

How bout chicken scallopini style, so pounded thin dusted in flour and seared. Make a sauce with sauteed tomatoes, fresh basil and roasted garlic finished with a little cream, and parm maybe pesto of some kind. You could make the pasta of your choice. Finish the chicken in the sauce right before serving. You can plate it or family style in a large flat bowl. I like the idea of a salad on top like Beth said

I have the day off today. We worked yesterday to get a show loaded in to the Playhouse yesterday. It went well and there are few notes to do to get it finished. There is a focus today so dark + power tools = danger. i am about to have my second tea of the morning and doing up a few odd jobs at home....
