Its a little known fact that I am actually the worlds foremost authority on String Cheese Theory. For me to fully explain it, it requires 17 pounds of Gouda cheese, a pair of fishnet stockings and a Portuguese fisherman with turrets syndrome.

Today was one of those days when I wished I had just taken my severance package for Kodak and just walked away when I had the chance.

I know taking this job was the right thing to do being that I didnt have anything else lined up.

Jacks a tired boy. Ive worked the past 17 days.

All work and no play make Jack go something something.

I wanted to go to the bookstore to see Chuck Palahniuk but I just got home from work and have a splitting headache. It sucks. Sorry Badger.

My boss has decided that it is up to me to distribute the thousand plus pounds of supplies I have setting in my stockroom between the remaining 2...

Hehe, I went to the book signing, tried to get X to go, hell tried to get a few people from class to go, but they left me to go it alone. You should have went, would have given me someone to talk to. Waited for about two hours before actually getting to meet him. Didn't get to talk long, but made the suggestion that if he had any say in who gets to play what when Lullaby finally gets a screenplay out there, Bruce Campbell should play the lead. biggrin

That's cool about you working/or going to work at Target. Hehe, I don't work at the one in Okemos anymore, so at least your not direct competition. I'm working at the other location now, can grow a little bit more in the lab.

smile Ha. ( <- response to the mattress comment)

It's cool man I ended up not going either. After being up for 27 hours previously a i crashed for like 10 hrs. I've actually never read any of the dudes books anyhow. I was just gonna check him out because my friend invited me , and so many damn people here really seem to be all about him.

Still though we have yet to hang out . Ever!

Strange things are afoot at the Circle-K.

Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure

I had said at the beginning of summer that I was thinking about doing a set around the end of summer. I never got around to it, but I have posted a few photos in my pic folder.

Look or not look, but be warned, its just me and my farmers tan.

A...

Julius Caesar....

Not my favorite Shakespeare, but a good one none the less.

"Impatient of my absence, and grief that young Octavius with Mark Antony have made themselves so strong- for with her death that tidings came. With this she fell distract, And (her attendents absent) swallow'd fire."

Brutus, Act IV, Scene II.

That was my favorite part when I read it back in high school. See now, you did something good for me and made me pull out my Shakespeare tome. Good for you!

Read Titus Andronicus and the Tempest. Those were his best plays IMO.

You should do that journal entry. AND tell the story about your niece, because that is cute as hell!

Here's a question. You say "art at its best makes you feel." Watching someone being killed...literally, not in special-effects...would make me feel something. Sorrow, anguish, disgust, etc. Is that art, then?

Do you think that the richly pampered Pope and a sickly orphan who has never been to a church but who prays by his bedside every night are doing different things? Are the practices of one of them "religion" and the other not? Is it still religion if it is not organized religion? And what about religions which do not include a god figure, but which are still considered to be religions? How do they fit into the definition of "religion?"

With odd old ends stol'n out of holy writ,
And seem a saint, when most I play the devil."

I refuse to get into an argument with him. I am the one who stopped the exchange of messages a little while ago, and when I've been in the forum reading his comments lately, I have not been signed in, so no one knows it is me. And I will NOT allow myself to comment back. Thanks for the advice, though. Nice to have some back-up in my resolve to be the bigger person.

He sucks; you want me to go kick him in the nuts?

Sure. Thanks!

Wouldn't it be funner to skip the dawgs of war across the river styx and let them tangle ass with Cerebus?

Just a thought,

Oh and I don't have your phone # loser. How are we ever gonna hang if I gotta log onto this crappy dial up connection to get a hold of you.
