It's taken a few days to consider how to best describe the cuteness factor of that picture, but they all seem to be simply a variant of 'damn cute.'

You know when there's a big thing coming up? Everything else just kind of shrinks and falls away.

I'm reading lots about all kinds of stuff about Australia.. just finished Bill Bryson's (somewhat boring) Sunburned Country book. Looking forward to planning excursions to strange parts of the continent.

Otherwise I've been readingLove is a Mixed Tape & this brilliant book on Mumbai called Maximum...

I woke up hungover yesterday from a beer-drenched potluck, then Pygmy and I saw the Metropolitan Opera of New York's production of Berlioz's "La Damnation de Faust" directed by Robert LePage.

Ha! You're a funny funny man. In *my* book, cake = easy. But your idea sounds cool.
badronald:
Sorry about not getting back to you about Neil Young.

Did you enjoy the show?? I thought it was a bit to focused on his classics and not enough on lesser known albums (nothing from On the Beach??)

As for Spain, it's a blast. Barcelona was really cool but Seville rocked my world.

Possible favor / bartering opportunity for the web-savvy below..

SPOILERS! (Click to view)

Is someone willing to barter something for building me a really basic website? I've been tooling around with NVU and Dreamweaver - but I've having a harder time whipping it up than I originally thought. (apparently things have changed since I last made a site like 8 years ago - and I...

It feels nice to be in love. It's something that I haven't felt in quite a long time. Despite being a chronic dater I've had very few what I term "serious" relationships. Those relationships although weren't super long and were fraught with difficulties.. I was younger, more fucked up, less certain of what I want. Now that I'm older, less fucked up, fairly certain of...

I sit here listening to the lovely disco funk of Candi Staton's "Young Hearts Run Free."
I have the rice cooker cooking me up some rice for some late evening Indian....

Naaah.. It's not that fun. I exhausted most of the fun in Melbourne over the weekend. Sydney, on the other hand... So much to do! *nudge nudge*

Well what's happened in the last while? I now own Baron Samedi, a MacBook with souped up RAM under the hood. He runs smooth like big black velvet. Black & Tan Peaches & Cream.

Last weekend I got to hang out with one of my favorite people I've met from SG. She has a potent cranium loaded with facts, figures, adventures, and the like....
