Just finished watching the White Diamond.
Immediately after watching any Herzog film you wonder most directors aren't even close to this good.. the way he transmits his sense of wonder through film is palpable.

the white diamond was actually my least favourite herzog film, but it was still better then pretty much any other documentary i've seen. i want to know more about behind the waterfall, it kills me!

If you haven't seen last year's documentary "Dear Zachary" you need to go see it right away. The absolute best documentary I've seen in an age. I feel devastated and enraged at the Canadian justice system at the same time.
