Drove down to New Haven at 3 in the morning in the rain last night to pick up the boy... spent the night awake and listening to the birds on the 2nd floor porch in the misty rain until about 6 in the morning. Who cares if I'm exhausted now?

my feet are asleep and i need to get up and feed a cat. i have so much i should be doing but so little desire to do it.

today i feel miserable so i'm sitting alone and listening to Bright Eyes.

tomorrow i'll start over, with something happier. any ideas?

school, work, sleep (if i'm lucky), school, work, schooooool. no life, no fun. the boy is leaving me for a couple of weekends to go work the tribeca film festival, which totally bums me out. i'm feeling really lame right now, so i'll just cut this super short.

just received an invite on facebook to a group for my 2001 ten year high school reunion to be held next year, and even though its next year and not this year, i still feel very old. any way to slow down time?
