1. My marathon last week went really well. My time was 3:59:29 on a hard course. I was 14 minutes slower last year. So... yay me.
2. There was a fabulous thunderstorm tonight. I love it when it rains really hard. I took my dog running up and down the block and got soaked.

Small pics: What you are probably doing is copy pasting the properties of the thumbnail link in the pics folder. You need to get the properties of the image after you open it up in it's own window and appears larger.

The masquerade WAS part of the closing reception for Jewelry and Metalwork students at ACAD, with DJs and "roaming performers" which has a 96% chance of meaning bellydancers, since one of my friends in Jewelry has an American Tribal belly dance group. Had I checked your comment at 3 I might have tried inviting you out there for the 6pm start and totally ignored danny_g's griping, but I was too busy pining for a woman I've known less than 3 hours and basically wallowing in my own drama, so all my Friday night activities degenerated into "none of the above."
