The best I've ever had was at a truckstop in KY just south of Cincinnati on I-71 about 45 minutes.
The lady gets out the metal icecream tub and scoops the icecream into one of those metal blender glasses and pokes it onto one of those multi-prong green blending machines.
She blends a bit. Lets you poke your straw into it. This goes on until you say stop.
I would kill for a nice chocolate one right now. ^sigh^

Okay. I suppose that's a good reason to wear a jacket. Way back in the day (think middle school) I used to wear a heavy coat all year round because I used the pockets as a purse. All kinds of pens, pencils, etc. At some point, around the beginning of high school, I graduated from the heavy coat to a fanny pack---I'm not quite certain if that was better or not...
