Welp, had another panic attack while I was out on my date tonight. No caffeine involved whatsoever. Guess I need to start the process of getting anxiety meds, which I'm hating myself for...
Anyone on them/gotten them before and know what kind of a process it is? Can your normal doc prescribe them?
