Ah, what do I know? I worked night crew in a grocery store for ten years and my body has learned to fall asleep and soak up rest and snap awake at a moments notice. If you only have a four hour block where you can sleep you learn to suck up every minute of that block and get up at the last possible moment. Oh well what every works for everybody.
