Hey there, I have a GL-10 Turbo. Usually, the engines do outlast the bodies. The EA82T is a little different form the EA82, and is a notoriously finicky engine. I actually swapped the engine out for a low-mile Japanese EA82T. SO now the engine runs great, it's just that everything else is falling apart at 200K. I'll be getting a subaru with an EJ22 engine in a couple months, way more reliable and less miles in general.

Sweet! Yeah, just keep on top of that engine. You probably know, but if a timing belt breaks on the 2.5 it'll destroy the valves. Great car! I'm searching for the PERFECT soobie: a 96' with a 2.2 engine (last year they made 'em). I'd love an outback cause they already got the lift, but I could always add that in later.

A little advice on the road rage ... you should have called the cops and reported her, then followed her, giving the cops updates of her location every time she stops at a light .... until the cops get there. The cops will be able to verify her texting activity through her service provider and use it against her in court. I know it may be involve a bit of your time, but the warm feeling you get deep inside while watching her get busted is welll worth it. Nevermind the joy you will experience if you go to her court appearance to watch her be slaughtered by the prosecutor. Oh don't worry .... I'm not a bitter evil bastard.

We can drop off taxes (and water / sewer payment) at our town hall in a box outside if we don't want to pay postage. Sometimes I do that just to get the exercise walking there (and saving the dollar or two over the course of the year isn't bad either... more lottery tickets for me!)
