It eventually took force feeding because he was starving himself to death. After a few of those he grabbed that rat. Is that your entire collection or is there a lot more?

I can understand your affinity; I bought an Outback (new) in Dec 2009 and love it. I especially love the new styling ('crossover' they call it) and it is almost as good as my Volvo wagon (which I bought well used and it ended up being a lemon; $1700 to buy, $6000 to fix and it still had problems 2 years later). Anyway, VWs are good, esp. if they were cared for. Hopefully the leak can be fixed easily and it isn't a cracked head or something similar that happened from operator error (stupidity).

And as far as weightloss, don't get discouraged by the scale EVER. It's going to go up and down if you are working out. Just keep active, stick to some kind of diet...even making sure you don't eat 4 hours before you go to bed is extremely helpful.
