Looks like I am staying in my apartment.
Turns out Kevin's dad aka the landlord isn't out to get me. He just wants the apartment cleaned up, the oil tank not dry, and rent on time (which has never been an issue)
Works for me.
Cleaning the place up shouldn't be that hard.

Checked out the basement in the new house. Not bad. Needs work though. The washer and dryer are down there...and I am not cool with people doing laundry in my bedroom.
Solution:
Walls. Brian and I will put up walls and make me a finished part of the basement. Problem solved.
