Checked out the basement in the new house. Not bad. Needs work though. The washer and dryer are down there...and I am not cool with people doing laundry in my bedroom.
Solution:
Walls. Brian and I will put up walls and make me a finished part of the basement. Problem solved.
I'll have privacy, and a place to hang my wall scrolls, posters and swords.
Plus, what if I want to lie around naked, or have a girl over -gasp-
Yeah, privacy is a need!
Other than building two walls, I think I will like it down there. It's dark...and since I am nocturnal, I will sleep well.
Brian can rig up outlets too, since I am in the basement.
Moving my mom's crap sucked. I am sore, and I didn't even move the heavy stuff. Brian and Stan did that.
(Brian is my little brother btw, who isn't little. He's really strong...)
It was all the damn boxes. Too many of them.
They got their dog too. Hunter. His papers say boxer mix. I say if he is boxer mix, it's boxer-pit.
His front legs are as big as my arms, and it looks like someone chiseled his muscles out of stone.
He doesn't go up the porch stairs...
He justs from 5 feet away and clears them.
STRONG dog. A real dog. None of this foo-foo mop dog crap.
My only worry is Eddie.
Apparently Hunter is afraid of cats that hiss at him...but Eddie doesn't hiss. Eddie runs away.
I hope it doesn't spark his prey drive and make him want to eat my cat.
Next to friends and family, that cat is one of the few things I care about...
If worse comes to work, Eddie stays in the basement. It's a big basement. I'll let him out while hunter is outside if I have to.
Anywho, that's it for now.
Oh, and I am smitten.
