So I've been fast food free for about 3 weeks now...and man does it feel great.
Especially after watching this video...
I also lost like 5 lbs not even a week after quitting fast food.
Next thing to conquer is soda.

One thing that I did to help me kick fast food: If when you get your fast food, you sit down in a distraction free room (no tv, no radio, no people or conversations, etc.) and you really concentrate on every single bite, think about all of the flavors as you slowly chew the food....you eventually realize that it doesn't really taste good. When I did that, it was no problem to get rid of the fast food. As for the soda, that's a toughie because our bodies get addicted to the high fructose corn syrup. Something that may help: instead of completely quitting soda, just have less every day and replace what you've gotten rid of, with water. Eventually you'll realize that soda is just TOOO SWEET!!

A friend of mine dropped a ton of weight just by dropping soda from her diet/routine. Not sure if this trick will help you at all, but she went from drinking Dew and suchness to lower-sugar, lower-caffeine bevs, like Sprite and root beer, and then from that to water. And water is so wonderful, it's almost magic.

We dont do it to hurt you we do it because we honestly think that way. Just be understanding that that is how she actually feels, tell her your disagree and really do think she is beautiful and will tell her so until she believes it, and then tell her you'd like it if she just tried to accept the compliment and didn't always answer that way. Gotta be gentle there. You can't make a girl agree that she is beautiful if she doesn'tsee it herself. You can only help her to understand why you see it
