So I am moving, but it's only across town.
Why you ask?

Because at the moment I pay $450 rent, plus about $150 utilities...for a 3 room apartment with the shower in my kitchen, a toilet in a closet (I can't poop with the door shut...or I risk sudden death...) and only 3 windows.

I'm moving to an apartment where I get 2 bedrooms, a...

Funny how I was so hell bent on a .40 or 9mm...and I left the gun store with a .380.
It's a little pocket pistol. The RUGER LCP.
I figure I can use it to learn how to conceal well, clean a pistol etc...then save up for something bigger and better.
(Not that Ruger is a bad brand.)

It's not a bad little gun though....

I want it to be Friday. Going to the gun store Friday, and hopefully coming back with a pistol.
Woot woot.

I think I have decided on .40 caliber. The ammo is a bit more expensive, but from the data I have been reading, it has a pretty high percentage chance of stopping a threat with one shot.
Plus, Mike has a ton of .40...

400 babies!!!

This is what I get for breeding rats.
One female dropped 10.
Another dropped 11.
The third dropped 14 (her first batch ever...impressive)...

and I have two more that look like they are going to pop, and one that isn't showing yet, but will in two more weeks.

My snakes better be hungry.

I don't think those numbers add up to 400, though I will check my math again just to be sure. tongue

I remember you said you were struggling with your math class. Hmmm. wink

I forgot to mention one of the shops in Salem.

We went into this little new age shop and it was run by this really cool guy. We asked him how he was, and started up a conversation with him. He told us of a place he goes to get his authentic stuff.
So we walked down there...
inside was an alter that had a...

Yay...my neighbors are fighting...
His wife is bitching that he's never home, and she has to take care of "his" child.
She has a heart condition, and can't work...and she bitched at him when he didn't have a job. Now she bitches that he has a job and is never home...

I don't know how he puts up with her sometimes. She is ALWAYS bitching...

Back from Salem. It was cool. We got "lost" a few times, but my awesome sense of direction got us back where we needed to be. (Literally...I'm not kidding. I'd say "turn here" and we'd end up back where we needed to be...like 10 times)...
Bought a few books and some bumper stickers. Ate some delicious Thai.
Kinda upset with the hotel. We were in...

So I find it amusing that people on craigslist flag the shit out of ads that ask for adoption fees for kittens or puppies, yet no one has said a thing about my ball python "adoption" ads.
Hahahahaha!
Go reptiles and being below the Craigslist radar.

My grandparent's blueberries are starting to ripen...ooooooh man.
100% natural, no added anything...straight off the bush...
and they're not going to do anything with them...so I am thinking about harvesting them all...and selling them for $2.00 a pint like grandma used to...and obviously passing money on to them.
I thought about just keeping them...but that's TOO many berries. Haha.

And now...music!

The 10 gallon kitchen tank is going to use 2 filters, the hob filter that comes with the kit, and a 350 gph marineland magnum canister filter that will have the output plumbed to a reverse flow ug filter. The tank will be very well planted, have dual co2 systems, 4 airstones, led grow lighting, dual heaters, a screened filter intake well, and foam filters on filter intakes. My prized betta, small bronze cory, and a small pleco are going in it for now, once it's cycled some neon tetras, shrimp, and etc will be added. Oh it has a waterchange sytem installed that uses a amall tank mounted powerhead too.

The 12 gallon aquapod nanoreef will have two refugiums. One with 2 inches of mud and macro algae. One with live rock, deep sand bed, and plenum. Sump with dual return pumps, one direct to tank, one plumbed to a reverse flow ug filter, gph with be decided by the needs of the corals I decide to go with. There will be several pounds of live rock and sand in the tank as well. A 200 watt blue and white led grow panel will be used, as well as led lunal lighting. I have a cl-150 heater chiller for the tank. An auto topoff sytem, and a wavemaker system.

Drove 20 minutes today to the State Police office...
only to find out there were no pistol permits today due to some fucking obscure State holiday or something.

Grrrrrrrrrrr...
Guess I'll have to drive down to Middletown some time this week.

What if you get attacked before you get your permit? Will you sue? wink
