Wow been a while since I have pecked out anything here. I have been on a good diet of drama free, inward looking, cut back on the booze, less pot smoking vicarious living....through a friend. He cut back. I am on holiday time now so waking and baking, too much coffee, booze and general hell raising are the facts here.

Mastering has picked up nicely,...

Not much going on here in snowtown.....I booked tickets to Sao Paulo today for the first 2 weeks of January to go work with my buddy Vic down there. I am pretty excited and I can get my punch in dub technique tightened up. He redid some radiodread stuff and it was brilliant.

So I have a chance to make my own dub cd and...

Ahhh, Mastering Season if officially over. I think has been one of the most challenging so far. Good stuff coming out I can say. But getting paid for it is the biggie. Just hunkering down for the day job the rest of the year and trying to get away the 1st week of January. Just me alone. Ahhh.

I also got to call out a...

Thanks for all the b-day wishes. It was low key. Next year is the ass kicker. Got the band and the joint booked. Which will be one hell of a surprise.

Did the 10 brewery tour this past Saturday with Chad Price, it turned out to be 8 due to murphy's law. But a fucking hoot was had.

Pouges this friday should be fun. Bout...

Thought you gave away your Pogues tix! Well, in any case I'm glad you get to go. You'd been looking forward to that for ages.

I'll be interested to hear how the 10 brewery blitz turned into only 8. Murphy's law, eh? Hmmm..... confused

Good show in Boulder music wise. Crowd was a bit pissy. They acted like we were a nuisance. I will not be playing there again any time soon. Then down to hang with the homies in Drag the River. Always good to see them. I will be playing with Chad Price on his brewery tour next saturday. Check suburbanhomerecords.com for times and dates.

Last night...

So race wise I did ok, got to run with the big boys. Meaning porsches, vettes and a few pesky mini coopers. I placed 34th out of 60 cars in the group. The race almost did not happen. My racing jumpsuit was a bit big and i almost could not wear it. Duct tape saved the day. It was fun racing at watkins glen. Carrying...

Off to NY in the AM. Finally get to put my Grandma to rest. It will be some closure. Then racing a BMW on Saturday. Kind of nervous. But I need to blow off some steam in a big way. Lots of BS at the day job and labels folding. Make the Mastering market tight. Love life tensions. Distance and a depth fo feeling i...

So now I am a proud owner of a mac. Macbook Pro to be exact. So it is kind of a change but I need it to do recording on and some video editing for a web blog.

Off to Portland this weekend to visit the perdy girl. I am hoping long term this works. It is a good fit. She is pretty incredible. So...

I survived the Suburban Home 14th Anniversary shows, some great great music was had. Good friends came in from all over the country and drank ate and smoked out like loons.

Definitely needed.

But it is back to the normal again. Semi at least. Still miss a pretty girl up in Portland town.

Also if anybody wants to see a really fucked up movie, watch...

Whew did an 8 mile hike up and down a mountain today. I can say the ole fat ass is in better shape than I thought. That is good. I am finding that walking and hiking and riding is helping me deal with the ache of distance and just plain old missing someone.

That will be remedied soon. 2 weeks and change I am heading...

I was wondering how you've been doing. Those long hikes feel great, don't they? I returned to Germany today and have to face reality myself. No more gorging on sushi, seafood and beer...

Drag the River-Live at the Starlight Free, go and get it. I can say it is one of my favorite albums of all time. "Hybrid Moments" is worth the download alone.

So I got me a camera. A Nikon D60. With a bunch of HD Attachments and lenses, tripod and batteries, good memory card, etc, etc. I am going to see what I can...
