Suicideboys #2 - Surrealists Wonky Box skull

I've decided to extend my personality once again into my new set and am going to go for dark, surrealist and humourous things. I'm not sure exactly how it'll work yet, however I like the idea of a lot of photo editing in a Dadaist way with a bit of influence from David Lynch's Distorted Nudes series.

It will...

And I love that photo in your last blog; who took that? x

Well of course you want to go to a reindeer farm now, if you didn't I would think you were just ridiculous! Oh and the dogs name is Brutus. Your blog makes me wish I could get away with wearing a ruff

I'M HAVING A BREAKTHROUGH!!!!!!!!! smile wink tongue biggrin kiss ARRR!!! ooo aaa

I have now developed my own artistic style into a unique palette. Something I can use consistently in my work now, be it; short films, graphic design work, photography or writing. It's the sort of breakthrough I needed and am exeedingly happy! I'd like to Suicidegirls and everyone on it for lifting my spirits in order that I achieve this.

Also...

Avast! Things seem to have picked up wonderfully and I'm working full time on a magazine commision for the next couple of weeks so have some things to do and take my mind off the last month of melancholy antics.

My two favourite things at the moment---

It's so tedious as a porn film, but the guy playing Cliff can pull off perhaps the best...

As much as you can try not to get upset, the best thing to do is just confront it all now and get on with your life, because it'll catch up with you regardless. That is why this week has been the shittiest one ever.

When life gets you down, the magic recipe is: Sooty, GuitarHero and cider. In any order.

Birthday is just around the corner and in traditional fashion have been ordering up myself plenty of new comedy DVDs (the main hub of my collection). Whilst doing so, I thought how weird it would be to combine tons of them into one big lifestyle, for example:

- Work in 'The Office' with David Brent, Gareth and Tim
- Enjoy a fag in 'The Smoking...

Last night I did something which I might have once thought unthinkable! I posted a Suicideboys set up on the group, purely for my own intreagued (and dedication) to completing a set, but also because this site has given me so much confidence to do such a thing.

I started at 1am, just self-snapping away and didn't finish (uploading, selecting, editing, watermarking etc) everything until...

Here is a summery of my day:

9am - awoken by a lovely text from Amy. She has the ability to start my day well with the most simple things.

10am-1pm - started and finished Couplands 'Elenor Rigby'

1pm-now - listening to Boards of Canada whilst finishing some graphics work.

It was a lovely day, however the thing you have to realise is nearly everyday...

My day has consisted on trying not to get my leg humped by my (female) dog, trying to avoid making a docs appointment for my bad leg(not dog related) and trying to sit outside instead of playing around on WoW.

i compromised and played on my laptop IN the garden. ^__^

and now, i cook CURRY!
