I've never done mock trial, but on one case they put us against the best mock trial team in the Sacramento area. If I remember correctly the had to defend two girls that were showing that read "There is a bomb on your car" to other cars on the freeway. I just remembered what they were using as a defense, they were saying the girls had straight A's and one of them got an award for some shit. I nervously objected to their defense claiming that none of it mattered for this case, and the judge, thankfully, agreed. It was a tough case for them, they just had to fight against the punishment. Our team got everything we asked for except not allowing them to get licenses until they were 18 since they weren't driving. We even got them to pay $180 dollars for the police helicopters gas that was in the air for five minutes.

my daughter has totally moved on, she's just done with the whole thing, as for him I've no idea we haven't seen him since court and then he looked like he was going to kill himself..seriously.
Fuck knows how he feels now he's been forced to move and lose his friends. They're fucking evil.
But just to clarify we didn't ask for him to be moved, they asked us to move our daughter and we told them to fuck off..so they moved him!

i'm sorry things are still blar. something for you to consider (if you will): sometimes it's not even a function of whether people are "soulmates" but a function of timing in their respective lives. and, please don't under-value yourself in the situation. you are not un-deserving of happiness and you can and will find it and it's just as much dependent on someone else taking the time to make you feel fulfilled as it does you fulfilling what he "wants" in his significant other. you are not deficient.
