every once in a while i get 5 or 6 completely random requests in a single day from hopefuls and it confuses the hell out of me lol
back is still sore off and on, I stretch and stretch and try to get comfortable but it creeps back up. Today I will go on the elliptical see if that helps, it may be why it hurts I have been slaking on my daily elliptical like a week and a half of no exercise

Hope you get better soon! Have you ever considered seeing a physiotherapist for your back? I used to have back pain and my orthopedic specialst kept (taking money and) suggesting stuff that didn't help. My physiotherapist got my vertebrae back in order and it's been fine ever since.

I am seriously considering to keep it. Unfortunately the wood construction will (most likely) leave quite a few holes behind. But I think I could glue little pieces of paper on the holes and draw/paint whatever needs to be drawn to match the pattern!

And also, I am only taking my klonopin on an as needed basis. But I find it works very well with my celexa, I might end up taking it more often to help me sleep. I have serious issues sleeping.
