omg! i depotted all my eyeshadows today and put them into a palette sorted by colour and i feel like the coolest most diy girl ever. there are many many steps involved and i didn't fuck any of them up, nor did i drop anything, slice my hand off or burn the house down. i even fixed an eyeshadow i had broken previously by mixing... in other news: my work wants me to typeset in cyrillic characters. anyone done that before? it seems hard. cyrillic is very squiggly. is it kind of like english, or if i line break in the wrong spot is it going to be totally unreadable?
i almost cried at work today. thiiiiiis close. technically i cried in the elevator, but i say that doesn't count.
nothing really happened, i'm just a messy wreck lately. i mean people were jerks and i was stressed, but that is pretty standard, not worth crying over. i'm trying to cold turkey myself off hormonal birth control onto something else, which i have not decided... Read More
i sprained my right ankle and skinned my left knee, so neither leg is very operational. the worst part is they are both whiny little injuries that get me no sympathy, but seriously hurt! do you remember getting a skinned knee? it stings like a mother fucker. and sprained ankles just plain suck, especially when you're trying... I've said this before (although maybe not to you) but I tend to move every few years, and if that pattern continues the only appealing place that's left to me in this country is the west coast (er... the pac northwest at least)... so don't tempt me!
Man, I hate rolling my ankle. It's the lamest way to fall. Everytime I do it I just want to punch somebody
i only want to see 417 out of the 418 films (kung fu panda can probably wait for dvd), so i might have time to eat some food this year. seriously, i love movies.
i talked about you to a bunch of my clients last week. i explained what you do for a living, and you are now a hero to a 19 year old who's getting her life back on track.
i really need a new thing to put my tv on. if only the furniture industry could come up with a standardized name for such a thing. so far credenza, media cabinet and sideboard seem to be equally popular, but... Read More

I also went to the 5 Spot on Sunday with Arcade Fire Girl. See, we woke up and she said that she should probably leave in an hour. So I said that if she didn't have anywhere she had to be then I would take her to breakfast. Such the gentleman.
So yah, 3 times in 5 days. But on Wednesday I only had mojitos!
I wish I could say that I could help you with your furniture issue but i know sadly that I cannot. In other questions and news though: How are you these days? It's been some time....Hope all is well.
my aunt who's an eye nurse says it's no big deal, i just have a clogged up duct on my eyelid and it will go away, but it hurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrts. and i can't see because it's all swollen. plus i am supposed to soak it in hot water all day, which is pretty impossible once gravity and thermodynamic issues are... Out of 40 some people, moving day, etc....no one counts your doughnuts like the person consuming said doughnut. And you can't count on others to thoroughly enjoy said item, as much as you did.
i really need to let go of this obsessive compulsion to try every single makeup/skin/bath product in existence.
i'm always searching for the perfect thing, but then when i find it i promptly toss it aside because oh wait there are 8 hundred billion things i haven't tried yet, and maybe they're better! this coupled with the fact that i hate going to the actual... Read More

I really like the open toe they have. Good price too.
Mike and I won't be camping this weekend after all. Want to get lunch or drinks or something?
