wish i could meet you this weekend, but alas the SGseattle folks aren't too keen on new people joining in the festivities this time around. maybe next time...

Zapan admitted to me that the two opening DJ's where last second, and he hadn't even really heard them before. They killed it. I saw at least fifteen people walk in, take a listen, and turn directly around and leave. But I didn't blame them. Daht and Oblique where WHACK.

Even some of the hardcore fourthcity heads left before Zapan and Y_IT took the wheels.

In any case, next week promises to be really good - it's the house DJ's just doing what they do best - laying down the fatty fat fatness.

me pal, dj panix, has managed to pick up a weekly punk rock spinning gig at the mercury on capitol hill. every sunday. lotsa goths, but lotsa fine music as well.

might turn up a fella or two there.
