Yeah... I have been debating as to what to do about the 500px thing. There is a way to revert the groups and journals back to the old way where 500 was just fine. (When I started my group it was dandy) I know a lot of people though, who like to be able to see the people's picture, and so do not change it. I did change it, for the sake of my group, but the more I think about it the more sense it makes to just have the pixel size changed so that the default avatar viewing way, is a-okay. (whee it rhymed!)

I know that feeling, but I can't imagine that you've let your folks (or anyone else for that matter) down. We're brought up to believe that if we try hard enough and go to school and take our vitamins and say our prayers, that we'll automatically win at life. Unfortunately that's not true, and when we find that out it can feel like we fucked up. We didn't fuck up, we were just given false expectations. You're not a fuck-up. Far from it. You're just young, and very few of us have our shit together career or finance-wise when we're young. I felt just like you a few years ago, but one day I talked to a friend of mine and we taked about the fact that we were both in the same sort of situation. We were both not liking our jobs and both were way over our heads in debt. And knowing that we weren't alone made us feel so much better. We were still broke, and hated our jobs, but it made us feel like we weren't the only ones, and that it was "ok" because we didn't neccisarily do anything wrong, but it's just the way the game of life is played. You're not a failure. And the amount of days you have ahead of you to get to where you want to be, are nigh endless. Just remember, that everyone goes through this, and that you're not alone. And that I sincerely doubt you've let anyone down.

American Gods is one of the greatest novels I've ever read, graphic or no. I love that book so much words cannot put it into words. Neverwhere is just as good, but in a different way.
