I don't know of any webites with just flash on them,but you could try to google tattoo flash or tattoo shop...There is so much on the web....or if you have a specific idea in mind,you could google that....like Tattoo ankle band for example.
I never think to go to Tortilla Flats,I went there a couple of years ago,it was really good,but it was so freaking crowed it took forever to get a table....The Cactus Grille in Providence used to be good,but I think they're gone.Theres a new place a couple of doors down from Evolution too called Cilantros,but I haven't been there yet......now I'm getting hungry

and yes, DKM will be in boston st paddy's weekend, my gang and i usually are there for most of em, but this is the first year in the last 5 we are not going. we travel all over to see em. kinda like dead heads, but much cooler, and cleaner!
