Edit: sorry if you messaged me and I ignored it. I click on things. I don't mean to do it.

Arighty, kids. I finally posted my paintings. So look at them. Please. And then tell me which one you like best.

My turn to 'have never heard', but AllMusic compares it to Kimya Dawson of the Moldy Peaches...are you a fan? The moment my computer lives again I will get soviet kitsch, and by then you ought to have a verdict on Holland wink

Hello, friend smile
punkadixon:
by the by, what does being a tutor for the princeton review entail?

Today I had an audition to be a tutor for the Princeton Review, which I totally bombed. Then I had a workshop to learn to walk runway and ended up breaking a shoe. I am not pleased.
*think good thoughts. think good thoughts* Eh, maybe I'll just sleep it off.

Kind of annoying: being stuck on a plane for two hours before it even takes off.
Really annoying: checking your mail and finding a parking ticket for something you apparently did wrong over a month ago.
There are no words: superficially watching the news while playing with Greta (the rabbit) and hearing the anchorwoman say: "Now, this is going is be hard for some people...

Hey, I apologize. I know how crappy it is to park in the city. I still stand by my statements about the scooter though. Scooters are cheap, if it is financially possible Id get it in addition to the car and just use the scooter when its warm enough. Get a small enough scooter and insurance will be next to nothing, the gas savings alone would probably offset the cost of insuring it.

I went to a barbeque Sunday night on the roof of my ex's Alphabet City apartment building. I could make any number of wry comments about the gathering including but not limited to the fact that the only non-queers in attendence were a Los Angelian Mormon and my dear friend J, but instead I will limit my pith to recounting the following moment, whose oddness...

I spent the weekend with a Barnard grad in Boston. Interesting.

Hey, I'm thinking of opening up the Vibe group and making it public. Would you mind? You cool with that? I'm a bit tired of the slowest format ever.

Three cheers for the small town of Woonsocket, RI, current residence of my dear friend J. I'll be here for a week, and while he's away at work I plan to catch up on my correspondence, smoke cigarettes and work on my paper concerning the writings of JD Salinger as modern religious text. When he gets home we will watch horror films, smoke more cigarettes...

mmmmhmm, me munkie!

I see you were fun-making without me... mad

i've skipped refering to my friends by their first initial and begun calling them numbers. Gavin = 1, Rose = 2... and so on. Now, if said corresponding numbers have spawned any children, (Since Ben & Gina, numbers 7 & 8 respectively, have RIley who came from both their loins, HE becomes 7.5a) spliting the two he gets his own number, but is clarified by letters representing oldest to youngest.

hey there. i'm a political science grad student at u of c. it's finally summer session - which means no formal courses just working on my master's thesis (on freeways) and doing some research work (on obesity, as well as some stats work on crime rates).
so you're up in rogers park? that's like a million miles from me. i had friends who lived near the howard stop - it was a marathon getting there.

M (my roommie) and I were very bored last night. We spent a good hour sending each other IMs across the kitchen table. Every time she said something funny I would laugh, then once I had stopped laughing I would write LOL and send it to her. It was very postmodern.
Finally we decided we should make something of our lives. This involved drinking beer...
