okay. the job. it's possible you wouldn't like it at all. but it's in a chiropractic office in little italy, on the south side, on taylor street, in an awesome neighborhood. I've been working with these guys (two doctors) since september. my time there will be up next week, however, they're looking for someone to be an office manager. it's full time. 8-7 with a 2 hour lunch break. the guys are both really nice, and in their 30s. it's a relatively new practice, open now for 2 years. all the patients are great. real characters. some mobsters. lots of cops (ironic), and lots of material for a great reality tv show. they need someone to do medical billing, filing, answering the phones, booking appointments, etc. It's a fun place to work, with good people, and they'd be pretty relaxed bosses. if you're interested you should get your resume over to them ASAP as they need to fill the position immediately. if you're still interested I'll give you the info to send your stuff onto them. hope all is well. what are you guys doing for x-mas? I'll be here. doing fuck all. so I'm up for chillin if you're around.

Very jealous of the European tour experience. I went to 20 or so shows of the Sound + Vision Tour in 91/92. He was supposedly retiring the old songs. That idea died w/ the second Tin Machine album.
I did get to hang out with him on two occasions. My old band played a bunch of 2nd stage dates on the '91 Lollapalooza and he hung out at the NY/NJ shows. He and Perry Ferrell together and three feet away talking art. Best nights of my life.
Sadly, I work too much to follow any tours now. But I can now afford to but his art, so I guess it's not all bad.
