Nothing i can say or stories i can tell will make things better, but I wanted to say that theirs another heart out there that has shared that pain. I dont know you but i know that no one deserves that. Do what you think you need to do to feel better, and dont become too obsessed with the questions. I became obsessed with the questions and it left me bitter and jaded for too long. I hope you the best.

many a friend of mine has gone through the EXACT same situation, including myself. the hardest and best thing to do has already been said - decide what boundaries are needed for the relationship even if you do decide to keep him in your life. but better than not distance is the best thing.

YES...guys all do this. The problem is that they dont realize what they are doing. See...he's not interested but he A) can't find anyone else or B) The other people he wants aren't interested in him. All guys do it and the ones who say they don't either haven't dated or are lying to get into your pants..which trust me, lots of guys would lie to you to get in your pants. The problem is that you are there every time he comes back. As long as you let him he will keep this up. You need to not let him touch you. Not even a hug. He's gotta be shown that he's hurting you. And don't even think about getting back with him cuz he will continue. If you're going to be friends you have to put a barrier between the two of you. Sorry but it's the only way.

wow t hat is a pretty bad scennario , I can understand your agro attitude for sure . I had a friend die a few weeks ago too . He was the uncle of our neighbors nextdoor , a cool old dude who had just turned 60 the week before . We spent the weekend in vegas tearing it up . He died one week after his birthday of a heart attack . Anyhow . . . sorry to hear about the grief , and I guess . . . I just hope things start looking up ! It's never ALL bad !
