I'm not very good at coming up with titles, I'm fond of your DP on, but I doubt it would go over well sadly. I titled a paper i wrote on Freud, "Is a cigar always just a cigar?" Luckily my prof didn't catch the George Carlin reference or found it amusing, because I got a good grade on it. Anyway, I'm writing because I'm wondering what you think of NYC. I'm thinking about moving there in a couple of years and I wanted to get some input on the area.

Good luck finding an apartment, when you do find one let me know so I can start my list of possible places to stay. My criteria are pretty much the same as yours, minus the east village location, because I don't know enough about the area to know where to prefer to stay.
