OK, so for the past month, I'd say, my back has been horribly cramped up and nothing I could do myself would help it. The other night helped me out so much that I still feel like a million bucks. There are still bits that are finally loosing up. I seriously owe you big time.

Still feverish. It is awful. And for purely mental reasons I can't sleep. Which is very frustrating when one is very very physically exhausted AND one has to work the next day. Hopefully I can get at least five hours of sleep before I have to be up for work tomorrow.
