This morning a gunman opened fire in the Knoxville Unitarian church, killing 1 and injuring 8. According to news sources 5 are in critical condition.
This saddens me incredibly.

Will is such a technically strong dancer it almost doesn't matter that he's a little flat. At least he's not a dick like some of the other extremely talented folks have been on the show. Well, at least not outwardly a dick that is.

That's true. Some people like it when there are rivalries, but I prefer for everyone to get along. It makes it that much more heart-rending when someone goes home...
I never want the best dancer to win. Mainly because they rarely have the best personality. I wonder what it's like to have to put yourself out there on television and make people like you. Most of the truly good dancers I've known have dedicated so much of their lives to dance they barely have personalities at all.
I'm not sure what they'll be doing this week as far as the partners go. We'll find out soon enough!

I love Chelsea Hightower, I think she's great. In past seasons most of the ballroom dancers have had a lot of trouble with the other genres, since ballroom is so upright and structured but she really rocked last weeks modern routine.

My wife was into that show. I watched one or two episodes, but just didn't have the space in my head or heart for a new show. I like Psych a lot myself. Used to watch Monk, but that's sort of fallen out of favor.
