I just did the master cleanse for 10 days and felt an amazing sense of calm, peace, control, and it turned out to be quite spiritual. I also lost 10 pounds but as soon as I started eating again it came back...which is fine, that wasn't my intent in participating. If you can do it, I highly recommend it because it is simple to plan and prepare. I also journaled every day to keep tabs on what I was going through physically and emotionally and how they were connected. Even though I'm doing a good job polluting my body again, I still feel like it gave me a good solid base of health to begin from again.
Our house is being sold it`s a total bummer we lived here for 5 years i love it ,i`ve painted and such redone the floors to hardwood ,but i guess we knew this could happen it`s not like we own it ,so it`s possible the new buyer will continue to rent it out or just move on in them self ,who knows it`s really frustrating...
