As for your job, if your employer could possibly give you up then he's a waste of space and you can do better. Intelligence and enthusiasm are the most important attributes of the best employees and if he doesn't see it then he's an ignoramus. Way cool! I finally bought one about a year ago. Lots of hassle on some things, but overall there's something to not having to go to a landlord for permission to do everything :-). Congrats on your house!
