I just got over a boxing shoulder injury that took more that 3 months to get back to near normal. I did'nt see a doctor bcuz every day the pain occured in a different range of motion. If there was 1 shoulder movement that was consistantly bad i would have been that concerned to get MD help. I read that tendons and ligements heal slower than muscle bcuz they don'nt receive much blood flow. So i think that was were i injury myself during sparing practice. It gets better every day. Hope your shoulder heals faster.

You can get a Mr. T pocket think at a place on Belmont between Clark and Ashland. It's on the North side of Belmont. Mr. Fun? Mr. Laughs? Something like that. it's a toy store with a huge smiling face on the front.

ooh, I'd-a rather got a digital recorder than this here mini ipod. I need at least 8-tracks, though, and that starts getting pricey. guess for now I'm stuck strictly analog! I love my 4-track.

ever wanted to play a show in Detroit? my band is touring this summer and we are looking for connections in any cities whatsoever. If you could find us a gig in Chicago we'd be more than happy to get you one in Detroit. Like I said, it's not til the summer, but we're tryin' to get as much booked as early as possible.

anyway. we'd be happy to get you a show here. and even if you can't get us a show in Chicago, any connections to clubs/venues and other bands in the area would be more than helpful.
