So...Thanksgiving for us involved a trip to the emergency vet because of our French Bulldog Yoshi, who has a congenital heart defect. The poor thing isn't doing very well. This isn't really going to have a happy ending, either. I spent most of yesterday crying.
I know I have a lot to be thankful for, but it sure doesn't feel like it at the moment....

My boy left for Amsterdam without me. He'll be there until Monday, smoking up and eating hash brownies with his guy friends. I miss him miserably and horribly.
Of course, my first words to him when he comes back will be "So tell me about the hash bars."
Parents will be here tomorrow morning, along with two of the dogs. I can't wait to see...
