I haven't really eaten any refined sugar for 6 years or so. The few instances which I did eat it, usually by accident, I got a headache and felt horrible. After you stay away from something for long enough your body notices it more. I have yet to go to a acupuncturist, I am going to have to try that.

Yesterday's karate class was awesome. I have to wash my gi and sew patches onto it. Everyone was so friendly. I can't wait to go back on Monday. Hopefully in a couple of months I will be a blue belt.

I went karate when i was a kid, and sometimes, well quite a few times, i had bad wind which use to blow when we had to stretch. That's my fondest memory, and oh, having one on one fights, that was great fun!
The bike is cool, but it would be cooler if it had stuff on it that would blow in the wind when riding.
