Chico was voted #! party school in the nation for three years in a row by playboy. The place is nuts. Especially on St.Patties, Halloween, and Labor day. Every bar has a drink for one dollar or less. So I'm guessing that your Chico friend may have just been lame. I grew up close to, but not in Chico. I'll be down for the swap meet on another date sometime. Have fun!
