When I was a kid I ate EVERYTHING, yes, I even liked spinach and liver, and I love to try new foods, but now because I'm mostly vegan/vegetarian and I don't eat refined sugars and I don't like spicy food I find myself *sounding* like a picky eater, and being labled as one by SurlyMike :-p, but I really don't think that I am, I just have limitations as to what I can eat (if I eat sugar now it will actually make me ill). I still love to try new foods and I *do* get annoyed when I encounter truly picky eaters, like the girl I work with who doesn't like for vegetables to be mixed together. What the fuck?! She's 40!!! And her kids are picky eaters, go figure!
I have to be a good girl and get some more pages of my book read. I am trying out this book club (I know, there's no way to say it so that it doesn't sound lame!) that my friend invited me to join. I was intrigued simply because they chose an awesome book: "de Kooning: American Master". Anyway, our meeting isn't until the end...

I just switched to a Mac in January (I was completely raised on PCs) and I am absolutely in love with it. I can't say everyone would have as good an experience as I did, but switching over was the right choice for me.
