Thats happenend to me in the past, hope that i gets easier but it probably wont. All i can say is wade through the horrible assignment and stick with it, i didnt and have regretted it since.

Weight Loss??? You really dont appear to need to loose any weight... My advice, which has been working really well for me the last month is - make sure you eat breakfast within 45-1 hour of waking up, and eat healthier. I have been doing 3-5 days a week @ the gym for the last month, hopefully Ill be rockin by summer. Im shy about 10lbs now, and im not killing myself. 30-1 hour of cardio 3 days a week would be your best bet.

here's hoping next week'll be better...
