quasimedical opinion: lots and lots of vitamin c. i recommend one of the special naked juices, and a lot of it. lots of rest. spicy food is a quick fix for a stuffed nose. if your throat is acky feeling - drink green tea - or "tea" of 1/2 vinegar, 1/2 water (warm)...i used to sing backup for an impersonator and did it while sick before a show, worked like a charm. therma flu...what else is good...stay warm, watch movies you like, do what you want because you can (you're sick). oh, and cheesy/milky things might make you snotful so you might want to avoid.
