Today was my SG besties birthday!! @tragicsuicide was celebrating today and wanted to go to Jerome! We took a trip up north a few hours from Phoenix to the little ghost town and shopped around for a bit. On the way up we smoked up a bit, listened to some jams of course and died over the absolutely gorgeous view surround us. Mountains and cactuses

So! With the approval of the house I am in need of some new furniture, woohoooo! I am super looking forward to upgrading a bit, with a new bedroom set especially! Have lots of other things to buy of course to help fulfill my living room, dining room and other areas too. Anywho, of course I’ve been shopping around a bit to get some ideas...

Now my response as an architect who helps clients with these purchases all the time: It's really difficult to do a whole house at once for several reasons.  Most people who try wind up replacing a lot of stuff later - I've seen that over and over again.  We occupy each space a bit differently, so if you can restrain the natural enthusiasm it pays to live in the space a bit, adding pieces as you find them.  If you've got the budget set aside and some placeholders, you're in a great position: you can wait until you find a couch (table, dresser, etc) that you love.  Used furniture can be a great option because shit furniture doesn't usually last long enough to reach a second or third owner, and when you shop used you're more likely to get something unique.  Couches... I feel for ya.  They're just expensive.  Lots of material with lots of craft going into each one.

You do pay for quality, and the sticker shock of quality is understandable when our expectations are set by items that are just a step up from disposable.  $400 for a table is very reasonable when you think of all the material and craft that goes in, and how much use you'll get out of a good one.  You could have that sucker for 20 years or more, so amortize out 1K... you'd happily pay $4/month for a good table, and there's also benefit in having it settled - off your plate to think about.  Clients are often surprised when I urge them to not discount Ikea - there's a lot of cheap junk there, but also a lot of fantastic value if you know what to look for.  Their dining tables are particularly impressive cost/quality.  I wouldn't get a dresser or bed there, though.  I hope you can avoid the stress of it all enough to enjoy this big new transition!  If it stops being fun, try to ease off the gas.

Hello my friends! Thank you baring with me while I spend some time at home in Chicago with my family during this tragedy. I lost my cousin last week and it was terribly difficult to deal with the first few days. Had to take an emergency flight from Phoenix and took quite a hit with expenses as I’m supposed to be moving within the next

I discovered Suicide Girls when I was about 13 on Instagram when I was fumbling around looking for who knows what.. I remember coming across the pictures of all these gorgeous women of all shapes, sizes, and ethnicities. It was like a rainbow of women all in one place. A whole collection with tattoos, piercings & colored hair, these different styles, with amazing bodies and...

So who here is a cannabis user? I have been an avid pot smoker for 11 years now, and have never regretted it... I am blessed to have cannabis in my life! It has truly saved me, for many years it has aided in both physical and mentally ailments, it hasn’t always been just a recreational thing for me.

I started smoking when I was

I have a few medical issues. Celiacs disease as well as having issues that deal with spinal trauma. I have done some research that says I might medically benefit from it. IL just passed the law so I am looking in to getting the card. Because of the work I used to do, I wasn’t allowed to get a card before. I also lived for a year near Chicago Ridge, btw. 😁
