hey sweetheart ! lets see..first the pic has to be online and then you will click on that picture and on the bottom will say "properties" which you will click on. then you highlight the jpeg wording (it will say the pic name with a bunch of #'s and jpeg at the end)..highlight that and right click and push "copy" and then hit "ok" in the box of the pic ( there are two choices ok and cancle..hit ok) and then you go to your journal (where you write) and push "image" whish is located underneath all the smileys and then in the window right click and hit "paste" then walla
